Clients

We have learned much more from Mightybytes than we would expect from a conventional vendor. The company challenges us to think differently about what actions we want our supporters to take, how we raise money, and what our relationships with the for-profit sector could and should become.

Frequently Asked
Questions
Not sure how your team or organization might benefit from our education services? Here are the five most common questions we receive.
Organizational culture grounded in continuous learning and improvement provides many long-term benefits. However, it’s not always easy to achieve. We provide training decks after any workshop to ensure your team has reference materials. We also typically recommend follow-up check-ins to identify and address implementation blockers.
Yes. Any of the topics defined above can be customized. In fact, we typically recommend this so training includes context specific to the challenges your team faces. This may affect timing and/or pricing.
Not at the moment. We are exploring this idea, but creating courses for always-changing topics like data privacy, digital sustainability, or responsible AI practices, for example, is a heavy lift, even with the help of AI tools. If you think this would be useful to you, please consider reaching out.
We make every attempt to customize the educational solutions we offer to the resources our clients can devote to training and education. If you’re not sure whether you can support a training engagement, we encourage you to reach out to discuss options. If a custom solution isn’t in your budget, we can usually provide referrals and links to resource materials.
AI Overviews provide a great resource for quickly answering questions you or your team might have. However, AI doesn’t have lived experience or empathy and it has significant cognitive and emotional limitations. It also doesn’t explain its decisions, can’t make moral judgements, and isn’t creative on its own without human guidance. All these things are critical for good organizational culture and team cohesion.
Conversely, virtual or in-person participatory design workshops empower your team with a deeper understanding of topics covered and context for how those topics specifically apply to your organization. This is especially meaningful when teams are tasked with making more responsible decisions associated with technology use.
