In 2013, Mightybytes became one of the first Public Benefit Corporations in the state of Illinois. This change in our company’s legal structure allows us to claim a public benefit to society alongside our need to pursue profit.
To validate our public benefit, we use the B Impact Assessment as an objective, third-party standard to help us achieve high, verified levels of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
