Mightybytes shot, sliced and diced several cooking technique and recipe videos for Top Chef season four winner Stephanie Izard. Covering everything from vodka infusions to aloe vera smoothies, the videos were created for Stephanie’s YouTube Channel. Stephanie opened Girl & The Goat in Chicago’s West Loop in summer of 2010. The restaurant has received local and national press, including four out of five stars from Time Out Chicago and three out of four from Chicago Tribune. Her second restaurant, The Little Goat, is scheduled to open in Chicago in 2012. Meanwhile she hosts The Wandering Goat Dinner Series in secret locations around the city.
