James Johnston enjoys the oft-underrated moment of crossing items off his to-do list and is always appreciative of a job well done. He excels at keeping track of details, keeping people happy, and keeping the rest of his compatriots in line, all of which happen to be great skills if you’re a project manager or the leader of a band. Incidentally, James is both. He has worked his way into a position of responsibility everywhere he has been, from a nineteen year old talent relations and production assistant at MTV in New York, to manager of a popular Chicago recording studio at 26, and now project manager at Mightybytes. Recently, James became a certified Scrum Master, and is helping Mightybytes transition into agile development. He enjoys cooking and exploring with his wife Carly, and leading his 10-piece band, Bumpus.
