In this informative and interactive session Tim Frick will explain how becoming a certified Benefit Corporation (B Corp) can benefit your business. B Corps work to create greater social impact and help the environment while still thriving and remaining profitable. Tim will also discuss how B Corps differ from current corporate structures (such as S Corps and LLC) and the criteria companies can expect to be assessed on during the B Corp certification process.
