Mightybytes Projects Win 2011 W3 Awards

Two of Mightybytes projects were selected by The International Academy of Visual Arts to receive 2011 W³ Awards.

The winning projects are:

Winning entries for The W³ Awards are selected by the International Academy of the Visual Arts. The IAVA oversees all judging and provides strategic direction for The W³ Awards judging. Less than 10% of all entries are selected as Gold Winners.

Four Mightybytes Projects Garner 2011 Communicator Awards

The International Academy of the Visual Arts just announced winners for the 2011 Communicator Awards and Mightybytes earned four of them!


The winning entries were:

Our work was selected from a pool of over 6,000 entrants, which, according to the announcement we received, makes the Communicator Awards “the largest and most prestigious award of its kind.” This is the fourth year in a row that Mightybytes has earned Communicator Awards for our work.

Mightybytes Wins Two 2011 American Web Design Awards

The judges at Graphic Design USA magazine recently saw fit to honor Mightybytes with two 2011 American Web Design Awards for our work.


The winning entries were:

For nearly five decades GDUSA has sponsored national competitions that spotlight the most important, fast-growing and valuable areas of design for business and society. The American Web Design Awards—now in its third year—celebrates the power of well-designed websites and other online communications to attract audiences, generate engagement and response, and promote products, services and ideas.

Mightybytes Projects Earn 2011 Hermes Creative Awards

Statues are nice. We like statues. Especially shiny ones that are molded like the winged messenger god Hermes with his fist in the air.

Recently, Mightybytes earned two 2011 Hermes Creative Awards and an honorable mention, so we’ll have a chance to add some more shiny, fist-pumping icons to our awards shelf.

Based on the evaluation of the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals judges, three of our projects received the following awards (in order of highest to lowest):

The Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, and design of traditional and emerging media. The competition recognizes outstanding work in the industry while promoting the philanthropic nature of marketing and communications professionals.

We are very proud of the hard work our crew has accomplished to receive these awards.

2010 American Graphic Design Awards

We are extremely proud to announce that our website for Macku Sushi, and our new site for Mightybytes, were each honored with a 2010 American Graphic Design Award.

Selected from over 1888 entries, we are among only 54 winners of this award and Certificates of Excellence. Graphic Design USA Magazine hosts competition and the winners gallery will be released on the AGDA site in October.

This is the second award in 2010 for the Macku Sushi site. It has also received the 2010 American Web Design Award.

This is the sixth award for Mightybytes in 2010. We're proud and appreciative of Macku Sushi and give wonderful applause to the the talented team here at Mightybytes for their award-winning work!
